What will my Subaru sound like with Borla headers and stock exhaust?

I have a 2002 Subaru 2.5rs and I was looking into buying some authentic Borla headers, none of that ebay crap. I was wondering what my car would sound like with borla headers, but a stock cat and axle back. Would I still get the subaru growl?

I don't know off the top of my head, but if the Borla headers are equal length, no, you would lose the signature Subaru sound. If it's designed the same as the stock manifold, then it will keep that sound, but increase the tone. It might be a bit louder, but not drastically.
