I already know I can take it to Honda/Acura Dealership. I need an answer to the question itself...

JDM Type R what? civic or integra?the steering wheel won't fit unless you modify it. the prelude and the accord use a bigger steering shaft then the civic or integra. you'll have to kind of make yourself a hub to make it work.
