Which would be best a f20B,h22A or h23A for my Accord?

im planning on doing my 95 honda accord 2 dr f22b1 vtec up and was wondering what should as far as more power, i wanna keep my car, so getting sumthing else is out of the question. ive been looking at parts and turbos for the stock f22, but was also wondering if just going to a jdm motor swap would be best. was thinking possibly doing a turbo jdm motor, but not sure which to go with. i know the h22 isnt the greatest to turbo, but how about the f20b sir-t motor or the h23a? my goal is around 300whp.

well the f22 is good for gas
the h23 has more torque
and the h22 has more horsepower
a lot of people prefer the h22
it's gonna cost you about 3000 if you use your old transmission
