The other day, I was asked; how to go about cleaning large medical items on site at hospitals. Since, I am the Wash Guy, many folks will shoot me an email when they need advice on how to clean something. With regards to this question:

My answer is as follows. But I recommend that you go with pure steam, like an industrial jewelry cleaner?

The tanks come in various configurations, you could use an upright tank, if you have steel encasing to prevent it from moving too much and you need baffles with anything over 350 gallons, even on a large truck. Equipment needed to do this work. I recommend:

• Industrial Steam Machine
• 1000 gallon tank
• 1,000 gallon reclaim
• 500 gallon boiler
• RO water cleaning system

1. Apple Cider Vinegar - You can put 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. of water and drink. It tastes like crap, but some people swear it works!

2. Garlic - Take one garlic oil pearl, pierce it and squeeze the contents in to your ear. Again, it sounds weird but some people swear by it.

Those are just two from the a many of natural remedies that could help your tinnitus. There are many much more which are on the market. As I said before, there is no ONE cure for tinnitus. You might be going to have to look at various things. You may get it right on the initial try, you may possibly not. But, isn't something worth acquiring rid of that annoying ringing within your ears? I have a full turbo catback hks exhaust on my subaru sti but it just sounds to quiet. What is restricting the sound that boxer rumble? Is it the mid pipe or what.. I would really like to fix this issue. I feel like I waisted money for no reason

"I have a full turbo catback hks exhaust" Which is it? Turboback or catback? You mentioned midpipe so I guess you meant catback. If you want it obnoxiously loud (and illegal) get a catless downpipe. My catted Helix downpipe and SPT catback make a great rumble.

AS: you forgot the other 'S' in your name. WRXs and STIs have unequal length headers because of the flat 4 design.
