lpg gas kit tank pressure gauge is not showing pressure?

i filled 9 kg gas at lowest indication in pressure gauge.but after 5 minute letter i saw there is no any moment in indication.what is problem.

Tank gauges don't show pressure: they show liquid level. So long as the tank has at least some liquid propane in it, the pressure is defined by the temperature. Some propane tanks have a temperature-sensitive liquid crystal stripe down the side: you pour some water on the tank, and the propane level is shown by a different color of the stripe.
