does anyone has the idea on custom made cars for disables? does volvo, audi, mercedes, bmw, nissan, honda, toyota or any one of these offers customization for disables?

I dont believe the factory does this upgrade.

I have custom installed a few things for people around here - EG

also a prop for the e-brake (foot controled)
