muffler question, would this be ricey?

I have a 98 5spd std cavalier, my muffler is pretty much gone atm, i bought a magnaflow ( low deep not fart can sound, and a cherry bomb stainless steel tip, the tip i have will help lessen the noise. I also have a high performance air filter to complement the sound of the muffler,

Would this be ricey to do, im not going crazy with it, keeping stock rims and just gettin a new pain job after the summer.

no your doing it right...if you like you car screw what other people think. the best you can do is get it breathing better intake, exhaust and a short shifter is nice if you have a manual trans. but do that and you'll be fine. ricey is defined as half a bodykit held on by zip ties, two different kinds of rims, giant k-mart brand muffle, stickers down the side from advance auto, pealing window tint from advance auto, the barbwire or flame graphics from advance.......no stickers and nice paint = not ricey
