I'm gonna install headers, free flow intake, and a after market exhaust on the car but after that what else should i upgrade or put in it, if the answer is NOS then what do i need to do to prepare my engine for it and how often will i need to rebuild my motor

I'd suggest taking the money you had intended for the I/H/E (Intake, headers, exhaust) and buying an inexpensive turbo kit, or a used supercharger kit for about 1k. Of these kits the greddy turbo and the JR M45 are the most common of the entry level forced induction kits.
First let me warn you that modifying cars can get expensive, and you will never be satisfied.
Second, before you purchase anything, get a compression test done on your engine. It doesn't matter if it has 60k or 600k miles on it. Have the compression checked and verify if it will be a good idea to turbo/supercharge your engine.
Third, visit your local miata club and take a few rides in forced induction cars. I am sure you will be happy with the ride.
Lastly, decide what your "Flavor" is. I autocross, so I took the Supercharger route.
