should i keep my integra or not?

so my mom says shes giving me her 92 integra gs-r as my 1st car Im wondering if i should keep it and fix up,switch engine out or sell the car has a cat back exhaust, racing chip,coil-overs(lowered 3.5 inches),carbon fiber spoiler,short shifter strut bar and some interior accessories like a strobe light, racing steering wheel and some blue neon's under the dash and the car is painted pearl white and has two 5 spoke flat black rims(the other two rims cracked)
oh and the car got heat and was impounded like a week ago

hahaha you sound like a ricer lol, i would keep it although i dont like the way they look, my 94 integra had over 250K miles on it so itll last quit some time =
