I have a 92 acura integra, my car is rattling around 2500-3500 rpms?

Its been going on for awhile, I put a brand new catalytic converter on it, new cat back exhaust. Took all the exhaust shield off, except for the shield on my header. I have no clue what it might be, but I would appreciate it if some could let me know if they have experienced the same problem, if have could you tell me how to get it fixed. Thanks.

Did you replace all the gaskets in the exhaust system?

Get a friend to listen outside of the car while you rev it to try to pinpoint the source of the noise.
