Here are some more information for Header Acura:

The 1990 Acura NSX marked the introduction of the VTEC DOHC to the United States. With an increase in engine performance and fuel mileage as well as a decrease in emissions, the DOHC VTEC was built into several Honda car models; including, the Honda Del Sol, the Acura Integra and the Honda Prelude.
The first thing to notice is the engine and its integration with the other parts of the car. This is what is known as the swap feature. The H22A and H22AR engine types have been installed in the Accord to enable the swapping feature. This means it lets you implement a few changes to the sports parts general arrangement. This cuts the tweaking often necessary. The second thing is that there has to be consistency between the engine and its exhaust, cooling, intake and fuel system. Even more flexibility is achievable by changing its parts with the parts of another successful car model. A modified 4-3-1 header from a 90-93 model Accord works fine for the exhaust system. Suppose you want to modify the intake system to get faster driving. You will then have to alter it with a MAP taken from a 90-93 civic DX Mount.
When you mention "Honda Accord" most car enthusiasts will think reliable; but boring, economical transport. The Honda Accord Coupe released for the 2009 model year needs new thinking when you hear those words. You should think "fast and attractive." An Accord without back doors does not truly describe the Accord Coupe. The styling is the feature that jumps out at you. For me, it's a cross between an Aston Martin DB9 and the BMW 3 Series.
Honda has a great reputation for its use of cutting edge technology in its engines. The VTEC; Variable Valve Timing & Lift Electronic Control, is no different. Once again, it gives Honda a clear edge over its competitors. An early 1980's invention by development and research engineer Ikuo Kajitani, the VTEC is known today as having grown from the revolutionary modulated control valve system. The 1983 Honda CBR400 was its first implementation. Other manufacturing companies have developed their own models but Honda pioneered and perfected the technology; then introduced it into widespread production.
Japan is currently the leader in internal combustion engine technology. This leadership has grown rapidly into the area of hybrid vehicles. Hybrids are now popular to the point that taxis are now using them. A hybrid vehicle features both the power of an internal combustion engine and the power of a battery used while idling when minimal power is required. Japanese car makers are rapidly moving to the next level as their attention is now focused on 'eco-friendly' vehicles with 0% CO2 output.
The hybrid Honda Accord is perfect for everyone that still want great power beneath the hood while they're being environmentally conscious. Checking the fitness of your engine and its consumption of gas is the only way you will know you are driving a hybrid and not some luxury car.

Honda Tops What Car? Reliability Survey, Honda Accord Turns 30
Honda Accord in the UK will be celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. More than 15,800,000 units of the Accord were sold worldwide for its four decades in the market -- making it as one of the most popular cars in the world.
The very first Accord was sold in the UK in the year 1977 but was initially introduced in Japan and in the US. And after seven generations of good response from buyers, the Accord has finally emerged into an important corporate model equipped with the latest technology, great driving performance, a diesel engine, and a reputation for reliability and quality.
Honda has scheduled for the next-generation Accord to go on sale in the UK in the summer of 2008 while production versions of both Saloon and Tourer versions are to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
For this year, the Accord is part of the highly recommended of What Car? Reliability survey and was awarded as the “Most Reliable Model” in the Fleet News’ respected industry survey or the FN50.
The decades of success obtained by the Accord is reflected by its continuous growth in the corporate sector in which 62 percent of all Accord UK sales goes to the fleet users. The corporate sales of Accord have increased by five percent year-on-year.
According to Harvey Hughes, Manager-Corporate Operations, Honda (UK), "We have a growing customer base and the popularity of Accord has helped to drive this. The new Sport GT we launched in September embodies all that the Accord stands for – high spec and great value for money."
Honda Tops Used Car Survey
Aside from the 30th anniversary of Honda Accord, the producer of high quality Acura CL headers, Honda has another reason to celebrate because it tops the British survey of used car reliability for the third consecutive year that is, basing on the announcement made by the automaker’s Qatar distributor.
According to the Doha Marketing Services Company (Domasco) six of the top 10 vehicles in the survey conducted by What Car? are Honda models.
This survey is conducted annually in partnership with the independent British warranty provider Warranty Direct that analyzed data from over 35,000 vehicles, including 26 manufacturers and 133 different models with average number of faults per 100 cars produced.
The results: Honda’s CR-V was ranked second with a total of five faults found per 100 cars. The other five Honda models included in the top 10 vehicles of What Car? reliability survey are as follows:
• Honda HR-V (1999-2005)-- 3rd place
• Honda S2000 (1999-2005)—5th place
• Honda Civic (1996-2001)—7th place
• Honda Accord (1999-2003)— 8TH place
• Honda Civic (2001-2005)—9th place
And of course if there is the reliable list there is also the least reliable list of cars with 97 faults per 100 cars. Warranty Direct Managing Director Duncan McClure Fisher said that basing on the survey it doesn’t mean that if a vehicle cost more it is reliable. "The more mechanically and electronically complicated a vehicle, especially if it’s of European origin, the more likely you are to suffer problems."

where can i find a high flow cat for my 2001 acura 3.2 cl type s?
ok im kinda having a hard time with this! i want a high flow cat,but i have obx headers on it so will i have any kind of a hard time fitting a high flow cat with the obx headers?
Nobody makes a CL-S bolt on hi-flow cat. Random Technology makes one that will work, but it's for a CL and it has a 2" pipe vs the CL-S 2.5" and the O2 sensor wires need to be extended and the holes might have to be drilled out bigger. http://www.ultrarev.com/product.php?productid=40797
The best thing to do is to get a universal 2.5" and have it welded up. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-Catalytic-Converter-High-Flow-Universal-DynoProven_W0QQitemZ200213518405QQcmdZViewItem It's a lot cheaper but may be illegal for a shop to do this. Check your local laws and shops before you decide.
