Can i Change old Xp Computer to new operating system of my new comp with the cd from the new computer?

Ok im just wondering can i run my new reboot disk from my new computer on my old computer soo it would run like a new system?

Yes you can, if the old pc meets the minimum requirements of the new operating system.
It seems likely that the new system is Vista, in which case you'll most likely need at least 512MB ram (1GB recommended) 40GB of HD Space, and a fairly decent video card for Vista's advanced Aero GUI. (128MB)
