Is a flat iron less damaging then blow drying?
Someone told me that a blow dryer is more damaging than a ceramic flat iron. I usually dry my hair on low heat and then blast it with cool air. Is a flat iron really much less damaging?
Flat iron.
It's usually a lot more concentrated heat on the hair and it causes a lot more breakage than blow drying does.
