no it isnt,the Pci slots r white which will accept a pci graphics card or right above the white pci slots,and offset a little bit is a brown AGP (accelerated graphics port) which alot of the newer graphics cards uses.Try the links below.the last link shows the white pci slots as i stated above and as you can see right above it,you see the accelerated graphics port.
